Cancellations

At Dubberley Delicious, we understand that sometimes, circumstances can arise which require you to cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel the table we ask that you give us at least 14 Days notice to give us the chance to resell your table. We would strongly encourage you to consider rearranging your table rather than cancelling.

ALL cancellations are made via e-mail at info@dubberleydelicious.co.uk.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING. THESE ARE COLLECTED DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS THROUGH OUR COMPLETELY SECURE BOOKING PLATFORM; NO DETAILS ARE STORED AND NO FUNDS WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING BUT MAY BE UTILISED SHOULD A RESERVATION CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TERMS OF this CANCELLATION POLICY.

WE ARE CURRENTLY OPERATING A 14 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.  WE APOLOGISE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY CAUSE. HOWEVER, THIS IS TO MINIMISE THE COST OF CANCELLED TABLES TO THE RESTAURANT WHEN OTHER DINERS COULD BE CATERED FOR.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE UP TO THE FULL MENU (100%) PRICE FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT FALL WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE BOOKING, 50% OF THE MENU PRICE FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT FALL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE BOOKING AND £25PP FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT OCCUR WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE BOOKING. FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES, THIS INCLUDES REDUCTIONS IN NUMBERS OF DINERS FROM THE ORIGINAL BOOKING NUMBER.

Any changes to bookings that result in the booking falling below our minimum guests policy will be charged at full price at all times, even when this falls outside of our 14 day cancellation period.
